Update to Child body base for Adobe Fuse 

• roomier inner-mouth geometry
• Improved lips and mouth
• Improved hands and fingers
• Improved teeth fitting

Update is simple as replacing the preset folders and restarting Fuse. Scenes and presets that reference the Child figure will now use the updated geometry.

Sadly, Adobe Fuse has been pulled from the creative cloud, but the legacy Mixamo Fuse is still available on Steam, so I've added presets for Mixamo Fuse, too. 

Although there are shader differences in the skin, this is the full (updated) Child geometry running in legacy Fuse, ready to add clothing and export as OBJ.
